Vice President Malina offers condolences on the death of Yohanes Kidane ’23


Our community mourns the death of Yohanes Kidane ’23, a recent graduate in computer science from the College of Engineering and the Ann S. Bowers College of Computing and Information Science. We are devastated by the tragic nature of his passing, and we encourage all who knew him on campus to seek help as they struggle with this loss. Our deepest condolences go to Yohanes’ family and friends.

Students and community members will gather today to support each other in their loss. Cornell hosts an annual Service of Remembrance for alumni during Reunion Weekend.
